Who is Linda A Walker Consulting, LLC?
Linda Walker has been designing and testing pharmaceutical container/closure
systems and thermal packaging and distribution systems since 1979. She worked for
Lederle Laboratories, now Wyeth, for 23 years and received multiple corporate awards
for her work in biologicals distribution packaging and awards and patents in
child-resistant packaging. She is a Fellow of ASTM D10 Committee on Packaging for
work in child resistant packaging and thermal packaging test methods development and
currently Chairman of Division III on Consumer Packaging. Linda has extensive
experience in injection and blow molded part design and trouble shooting for primary
container/closure systems. Linda worked to help people serving the pharmaceutical
industry: temperature measurement devices, primary package components, and
thermal packaging components.
In 2002, Linda opened her own consulting firm with a concentration on temperature
controlled distribution packaging and a full range of other packaging services for the
health care industry. She is a frequent speaker at industry seminars for temperature
controlled product distribution and has authored articles on the subject.
